![]() There is a beautiful cat who carried your kitten under her heart for 65 days. This little love was brought into the world through the love and care of people who wanted the best for her, and for the breed itself. She carries a legacy more than 30 years in the making, and this legacy is your kitten. Mama labored for several hours, with me and Hope by her side to support her through this little miracle. Your baby was so tiny and beautiful when she was born, little ears still flapped down, little eyes still closed. We have cared for your precious
baby for the last four months as a family. Hope weighed her every day,
gave her washcloth baths and played with her and her siblings, sometimes
well past all their bedtimes. We provided the babies with a warm, clean
home with a quiet place for Mama to rest with them, play with them and
teach them to be fine little kittens. I occasionally fed her from a
bottle with Mama close by, relieved for the small break, but still
watchful over her most precious gift. Mama did so much of the work,
feeding, bathing, cuddling, scolding, playing, loving... and she so
loves these babies. Sometimes she Our amazing veterinarian and staff examined your baby, vaccinated her against disease, altered her so that she will live a long life without the risk of developing cancer in her unused reproductive organs, as well as to protect her from bringing unexpected extra lives into the world. They monitored her health as only health care providers can do, and we are so grateful for their love and expertise. We show our love for this baby by giving her the best possible start in life, and by choosing you as her lifelong defender, protector and family. We know you will provide her with a clean and happy indoor home, safe from the dangers of the world outside. We know you will offer her good food to eat, fresh water to drink, and the same care you would want for yourself. We know your veterinarian will provide her with solid medical care. We know you will not choose to have the ends of her toes removed, causing her unnecessary pain, but instead offer her a variety of places to scratch and play. We trust you will give her your most precious gift, your love. We brought her this far, the rest is up to you. Thank you for loving our little baby, and giving her such a wonderful place to call her own. |
